sir, there could be a location problem that you use your mobitel 3G connection

contacted mobitel srilanka help center to inform that I'm getting disconnected very often when I use my mobitel 3g connection in the evenings. the person who answered my call said thet "sir, there could be a location problem that you use your mobitel 3G connection".

so, I decided not to say anyone to buy mobitel 3-G in future.. If there's a location problem (as they say) that I'm using my dongle, how could I use my dongle in the morning without getting disconnected for hours?

I can't use my dongle in the evening not daytime. So, where's the QoS (quality of service) of mobitel? they should upgrade their network without advertising for 4G. they advertises for 4g, but average 3g users can't use their 3g connection at the evening. what's the use of a connection like this? I have to getup at night after 11PM or early in the morning (like 3AM) to surf the internet.

I think every other network should think to provide a good service at the evening.

(mobitel just advertising about their network and tells crazy things like location problems that we use the network.)

It's better if they could provide atleast 100kbp/s per every user at the evenings without getting disconnected. we don't need 96Mbp/s.I think we don't getting disconnected often  when we use our connection at colombo. we just facing this when we use it from  outside of colombo. Is it "colambata kiri, gamata kekiri (කොළඔට කිරි, ගමට කැකිරි)" method?

FINALLY I HAVE TO ASK, HOW COULD WE HAVE A LOCATION PROBLEM, IF WE COULD USE M3 IN THE MORNING AND HOW COULD WE FACE TO A LOCATION PROBLEM JUST IN THE EVENINGS.
